Research Topic: Kinship, Biological Relationships, and Mortuary Practices of Mycenaean Eleon
Krysten is a fourth year PhD Candidate in Applied Anthropology at Texas State University. She has worked on several bioarchaeological projects in Greece and Cyprus, and with more modern humanitarian projects in the United States and the Republic of Georgia. Her dissertation research focuses on understanding the kinship and mortuary practices from early Mycenaean Eleon, in central Greece.
