Nemea Valley Archaeological Project (NVAP)

Between 1984 and 1999, the Nemea Valley Archaeological Project conducted interdisciplinary research into the area around the sanctuary of Nemea in the northeast Peloponnese. As well as intensive landscape survey, archival and ethnographic study, fieldwork included the excavation of an important Early Bronze Age site on the Tsoungiza Hill directly above Archaia Nemea.
